Nah think logically... Its probably just saying that the Babel_Old ppl are all those who were on Babel before the 20minute Roll back. n if there is a Babel_New then it will be those who Joined Babel after the 20Min rollback occured.. well thats my interpretation anyway

I think it has something to do with the fact that Babel was moved to a new shard during the recent 12-hour inspection for equipment upgrades. I am not sure exactly what that means, but a GM mentioned it when we were discussing lag conditions last week in the SA forum.
