below the login on SRO website, click on forgot my password. Will ask for your id and mail then answer to your secret question. Then you can change your pwd. Just did it

You have to do it in Internet Explorer. I don't think it works in any other browser. Maybe Netscape, but nobody uses that anyway.

And use internet explorer, firefox wont work

it worked in opera - yea your not supposed to do it if your logged in

but i did it on firefox,and its work maybe mine is latest version

i cant remember my answer,

perhaps joymaw has finally fixed that problem (my firefox is always up tp date )
