I would think cap raise since they gave out the 64 SoM weapons after the cheer event.

Most probably cap raise and if it's supose to come out near the end of the year, I THINK i can get to 70 by then xD

I wouldn't get too excited yet, it said "likely before the end of the year" and we all know how often Joymax has to unexpectedly delay things.

that's it. Inspections on the other hand do get beyond the deginated time..but only twice have updates been delayed.

hell in fact most inspections end and servers open before the designated time these days.

But then the truth doesn't interest most of you people.
