 Post subject: someone saying he is a gm and trying to scam me...need help

many days before
i get the gm gargamel email from someone
after 4 days i get hacked in game but only items stolen
i catch the gm when he was conented i ask him that my char stolen
thats what happened :

General tip for any MMO is that the GM's/CSR's never ask for account info. If they wanted it they could get it themselves.

somebody trieed to fool me like that too with email from PIZZA:

gm-pizza-silkroad@silkroadonline.com

his ingame nick is kevintheman from Athens, he is lvl 6x and a membor from DuthElite(dont know if the spelling is right).......

hm it's a scammer because gm will never roll back for one person and he never ask id,pwd and other thing they a database they just enter id in game to know your account information that all he's a bad scammer.

They won't do anything about getting hacked. They won't change your secret answer. Never give your info out, no matter who is asking even if you think it's a GM.
