Looking good  i love the fact that you have to actually do some work to get these stones, for example kill Roc and be lucky to get such a stone as a drop. At first i thought these stones would be as easy to get as any other stone.

there will also be stones against sleep duration, combustion, faint (?)
another blow against warlocks and another plus for people full bluing their accessories

Goodluck getting the stones, then getting it to succeed, then getting the blue maxed, and you still can't be immune.. just a higher chance of resisting against 80% chance of casting skills.

So fire shield =78%+2x stones=118%=winnar Fire shield works on % reduction of time skills stays on u...with 98%..burn will still land but it will go away in seconds. I don't think this is the case for warlocks though. is not % of resistant..if that was true then warlocks would have a 2% chances of landing there debuff. with fire shield on. Division/bleed ect do not have effect after the skill probability. for example: BurnProbaility 25% (Effect202,lvl99) so im not sure if 78% fire shield + 2x stones would give immunity. Holy Spell Has "SeriesReduce (Effect) and SeriesProbability100% reduce" fire shield does not protect against probability  :[ of skill landing. if it did warlocks would have a 2% chance of landing there debuff The stones will increase probability: Fire shield+2x (20%) stones still = 40% chance skill will land. so 4x stones would give 80%=immunity if not under disease.

LoL anyway to it will be reduced cuz it's overpower agains all mobs statuses,china,euro and there must be balance between builds so warlocks wont get pwnd.

no, look at it like this, warlocks debuffs were to easy before, now things are evening out and more fair so when you do land one of those deadly debuffs, its more of a critical style hit for them....locks before had too high a chance of causing shit on people lol, thats like saying Glvs should 100% crit + stun...it doesnt happen!

Wrong. Since 100 Cap, Warlock has been nerfed. Any1 with Cleric buff will render Warlock debuff/curse useless. 90 Cap was 90% or should i say it almost never fail. But 100 Cap, almost never go thru as long as you have Holy Spell on. Warlock need some improvement.

Most likely 0%, but obviously has chances to fail and give you 0%~100% of the blue stat. <If I understood> The way it works is when the mob dies and people taking the quest just waits if they get the quest drop. Turn that quest drop for a stone and there you got. It's just another hunt for drops and turn in quest, but you got 1 kill every 24hours. Chances? Not very high. Out of the 30+ people probably a tenth will get the quest drop. <If I understood correctly> Yeah quest is repeatable, but again don't expect it to drop so easily.
