Coin Set Glow

Anyone have an idea on how people got their Coin Set glow.
I got a Destruction Nova Head +5 which it doesn't glow, i see people with a Immortality Head ONLY and it glows.

Pretty sure you need the full set to have the shoulder and head glow...

full set OR either Head or shoulder AND Egypt weapon

You also need the full set to take advantage of the bonuses.
