Id like to comment on how i beleive the SRO GAP to collect SP is a total nigthmare and should never have been implemented in the first place.

This game requires shit loads of sp just to lvl up a mastery or a skill. The way to do this is to either make a gap of 4-6 al through the game or sp farm in the den at lvl 16 for 3-5 months or make 9 gap at 42 or 52.

Now. We want all our skills maxed out and we want to lvl cap also. This = a frigin nightmare

If we choose to go through the game with a 4-6 gap. The effect is having to get say 0.02 per kill instead of 0.05

If we choose to farm all 150-200k sp at the den at lvl 16. The effect for most people is give up after 2 weeks or only collect 90-100k ad quit the farming.

If we choose to make a 9 gap at say 42 or 52 we are in same position as with 4-6 gap all the way through but we get 0.01 per kill instead of 0.05.

What am i trying to say here?

AN MMORPG WE ALL NO IS A GRIND FEST BUT WITH THIS SYSTEM IN SRO ITS A GOD DAM SLOOOOOOOOOOW GRIND FEST.

I really cant see the reasoning of making a grind fest mmo game where you add a system to it "gap for sp" which makes the grinding more than twice as slow (literally)

If there was another way to lvl skills without this gap thing it would be much beter.

To sum it all up. The consiquence we have to pay to get a lvl cap char with maxed skills, is over 3 times as much kills in the entire game from 0-80. now that does suck

unless u have the patients to farm every little bit in the den at lvl 16. Which IMO should not be a option in a GAME. that is WORK plain and simple

Do 2 masteries. Thats what's sro is made for in the beginning but then everyone started using 3/4 masteries.

it wasnt made for 2 masteries. For 3. The force tree cannot be used on its own. You will be hiting with yuor wep mastery and no imbue.

If the plan was for 2 masteries then they screwed up big time. Puting valuable skills in each tree was stupid then. The speed and grass walk in lightnings then power of fire. Yar they screwed up

And even with just 2 skill trees you will still need a gap. My point is that a gap of any size is wrong. any gap at all makes a grind fest a sloooow grind fest ^^

wat does "really " refer to?? theres no such thing as force tree imbue and everyone wants grasswalk and fire so yeah. Wot dnt u agree with in that.

That GT ticket point is true. Guess the gap along with many things are planned out as ways to make money. I think the gap in order to buy gt tickets and silk is a bit over the line imo

this entire game and every aspect of it is made to make joymax money... they thought it out on how they could gain the most profit with the least amount of work and i think they are the perfect expample of how to run a company...

Force= optional, not a killing skill.
You dont HAVE to have either grasswalk, or fire, or ice for that matter.

The game is made for 2 skills, people just want to have as many as possible to be as good as possible.

Imagine if no mastery skill cap.
Here is an imaginary blader.
Normal, bicheon+fire.
No mastery skill cap. Huskal(hp)+ bicheon + pacheon(bird) + light + fire + ice.

You THINK it takes along time to farm? Bots would be even MORE powerful if your idea was implemented.

I got to agree with this statement. Though the game comes free, after a while it'll come to you that the game "really" needs money. I mean you don't want to press SPACE everytime there is a drop from the monsters do you? Gold in the game is very important for beginners who need the gold to buy their farming equipment/s (assuming they're sp farming). And one of the most efficient way of doing that is by buying a pet carrier, for it really saves loads of time.

Just the other day a Dutch guy was trying to buy my pet carrier, and i said it can't be sold IN-game. I felt sorry for the guy for he obviously didn't have a credit card or any ways of availing the money services supported by Joymax.

The game is FREE in essence, but it needs REAL money for it to be an easier gaming experience.

I wish SRO had a mastery balance mechanic like its physical and magical balance mechanics. That would make it even harder to get multiple mastery trees because the power of any given tree would be directly related to that mastery level divided by the sum of all your mastery levels. Maybe we'd start seeing fewer STR characters with maxed grasswalk. Maybe we'd start seeing fewer INT characters with ice buffs. Fewer non-archers with hawks.

You guys arnt seeing mypoint in black and white. Dramaticly increasing the grind the way that a gap does is i duno.... stupid and wrong.

As if a grind isnt hard enough. But to then go and need to make a gap significantly reducing xp in order to gain sp. I for one dont like it lol. Its not sumthing i would like in a mmo or would think other people would like. Sure the way it works is balanced and makes us buy GT = profit for JM. But

increasing grind = dum idea which u dnt find in other mmos and theres a reason for that
