Hi .. I am new to this forum and as I cannot log in to the official Site which the dumb people in Joymax banned my IP for whatever reason, I would like to use this page to let my friends and guildmates in Tibet that I can no longer go into the game.

I know a lot of my friends are browsing your forum so let me take this opporunity of thanking them and all of the nice people in Tibet.

Well , i have been very tolerant of the many problems of this game ( bots , scammers etc ) I never thought that my account would be banned , well not only my account . They banned my IP. I even went on to putting the blame on my ISP , thinking they are the ones that blocked my access to the game. But ... i lol'ed when i finally realized that it was indeeed Joymax.

See , I never bot , i never scammed anyone , I never ever have done anything that might have caused this ban . And i will never know what caused my bann since i cannot open the site , I will not go into the trouble of going on to an internet cafe's just for this.

Conclusion: Well, even you play legit you can be banned ... I was still thinking what might have caused this. I played the game for 6 mos.. maybe because i didnt buy silk . Oh yeah ... well , i am thankful i didnt.

Again , my guildmates and to all Tibet players it has been a pleasure gaming with you!

The server is underinspection, thats why you cant log in. Gods sakes. And JM doesnt ban IP's, they are too stupid to do it.

Errr, didn't he say in the first line that he can't even log into the main website? Even with the servers down I can do that much at least. He might actually have an IP ban.

You definitely did something wrong for them to ban you like that.

he didnt get banned, the server is under inspection, its why he cant post on sro.net and also log into the main screen of sro.exe

Yes Jaja , you are right . I cannot open the website and I have been trying this since Monday and the whole day yesterday. ( Silkroad Standard Time )

And to the other guys , well I only hope what happened to me wont happen to you.

Funny how I've been banned . I exactly gone from lvl 39 to 40 and as I was teleporting back to DW my client just hanged . I restarted and cannot go into the site and to the game eversince.

Well, I have like 23M in my vault. I should of just given it away on all the new players in Jangan which I occasionally do. I sold my SOS'sss way down below the prices of other players to help the new players. Even assist some of the new players about the game. Well , being nice in game paid off ... later i was banned ... lol

I uninstalled SRO in my computer it's just a lot of HD space . Well , no point in keeping it as I have no intentions of coming back.

I posted in this forum for my guildmates and friends know what happened. I didnt fail them ... JM failed me.

Well , that i will never know ... as I cannot open the site and cannot log in on game to check what causes the ban.

They should of emailed me and tell me ... hey you Stupid Player , we ban your IP and you can never be in touch with us again not for another 100 years Reason for banning : We'll we like to ban you , you have problem with that? ...lol as if Joymax will still be around that time.

You need to have one of your friends post on the silkroad forum asking about your ban. You eather know why you were banned and your not saying anything, or you got royally screwed. GL

Maybe it's your english, but there are several things in your post that don't make much sense. I'll go with the majority on this one and say you either did something to deserve the ban or you are just trying to get attention by saying "lookit this, another legit got banned."

All of these "OMG I'm legit and I got banned" where it later is discovered that the person engaged in a bannable offense are starting to sound like the "OMG I got hacked but I was secure" posts where it later turns out "oh yeah, I did give a guildmate my ID and PW a few months ago so he could grind off my GT."

Thanks Doppleganger but all of my communication with my SRO friends are thru the game. I really have no idea what causes the ban. I played SRO at my home computer and i cannot access the site and the client.

As I have mentioned, the reason of me posting such topic is for my friends and guildmates to know what happened. I know they browse this forum and i wanted them to be in the know.

And as for my English , I am sorry for that ,it's really not that good. Well, at least now that I am not playing SRO , I'll have some time and learn to improve my English

and yeah , i'll just think of it as the reason why they ban me ... lol

If its just your IP baned, then just unplug your modem or connection for about 10minutes, plug it back in and your IP might be auto changed by your ISP. if it isnt go to start>run>winipcfg>relese/Renew or if you have wireless righclik on your connection and press "repair". if that doesnt work then get a proxy and try to go on sro.net and try to log in with your char. other than that, maybe your PC or something got burnt out.
