No NPC thiefs have blades or glaives.
They all use bows, swords, and spears.
Isn't that weird.

It's because all thieves have their build set to a hybrid similar to that of the Gngwc. They hit more overall dmg with the magical weapons therefore making it the only weapons they can use.

Yes! Thieves with shields almost always block both my nukes and then sometimes my shout....so annoying!
