how do u make a union??

i press apply in "u" window and nothing happens.

2 gm's of the guilds that want to be unionized meet
& then they consummate their union by pressing apply & all that nice stuff on 2nd tab of "U"

I've never done this myself, but I'm guessing the leader is the person that sends the request? Like if two people have no party, the person that sends a request to the other first will be party leader. Dumb question but I was just wondering (not 100% sure).

He knows what he's talking about, but he never really passes on his knowledge.

Someone asks "How do I res my wolf"

He goes "Omfg super nub why don't u die".

He knows how to res wolfs, but he prefers to insult people.
