Jealous that some people actually have time to grind a lot more and share accounts? Just cause they level really fast doesn't mean they bot. BTW there is a lvl 70, according to someone on silkroadtavern. I would post the topic link but I can't exactly go to the site currently. *Looks at date* 2 more days til I can. Though, the picture was heavily censored so I question the validity of it.

i go to Tavern, I saw the thread. Now, its possible they had 2+ people playing the acct and got 70, frankly that doesnt bother me much even though Joymax has issues with it, but the way that person posted, it was as if they did it solo and legit.....impossible


I am by no means jealous of anyone, I know a number of players that dont bot and are higher level than me. This poll/thread came directly from what I saw last night and each and every one of these people are botters.

Botters bother me, they are pathetic, but what ticks me off more, or is at least more pathetic than just the average botter is the one going around calling everyone out that is 5+ levels lower than them and claiming to be the head cheese on the block. Or doing things like running 1* trades in mass number like they actually have something to fear. Then i think one of the worst is the botter that runs around accusing everyone of botting and denying that they do.

You know, I dont really hate the peopel who bot, I have pitty for them, they are weak, they make pathetic choices, some of them are some pretty nice people really and thats great and all but they are still pathetic.

BTW, I dont have much respect for those muliple player high levels that run around acting like they are the king either, putting down everyone lower than them.

In the end not much matters though, I am simply 4-6 levels behind all the botters except I am a crap load of SP behind them. If I play this game for a long time I cn make up much of that as the 70 cap will be around a while. Funny thing is I hear many of these botters talking about the game getting boring.....LMAO...."nobody is in Vent anymore" ya no shit they are botting and watching TV....."we dont jack big trade runs anymore", ya no shit they are runnign a bot and sleeping.......

Traders on Babel are starting to feel like nobody will thieve them anymore. You know, in a sense they are right as most of the normal thieveing populas is botting levels and ole Stinger cant rob everyone! When was the last time one of you saw someone try a 4-5* solo? I saw (4) of them last night.....I jacked one, tried to jack one other but he zerked me and then logged before I got back, and the other two saw me and logged. In the last couple of weeks I have jacked tons of 3-4* runs, hell even the level 30ish guys are doing them repeatedly. When the 30-45 level players are feeling like doing multi runs alot that means there isnt much chance to get robbed.......they are right, everyone is botting.

lol stinger you need a life, get over it already. Seems like all you do is complain about botter this botter that, if you pretended like they didn't bot you would feel a lot better =)



Anyways I think botters snitching on other botters is the worse on the list. If you're going to bot then stfu and do it, why do you feel the need to go around acting like a saint calling the kettle black.

Considering what you said in this last paragraph. I can't actually disagree, really. I did a 5 star trade at level 32, with 2 hunters, running from Jangan to Donwhang. One of them at 32, another at 47. A 5* trade out on the open road. It's open invitation to anyone to jack my trade. Yes, we took the open road and well... no player thieves.

We pushed our luck, we did another 5* trade, taking the same open road. Nothing. The third run, my guild decided to go. So there you go, two 5*, one 4*, two 3* and one 2*. Ok, this time we sneak around a bit but there's no avoiding the ferry area isn't it? Nothing. It was a stroll in the park.

Wasn't a one time chance. I've done solo multistar trades time and again. *shrugs*

Note: this was before the cap was raised to 70.

I dont see leveling on sro being hard til 75+. When I was playing ragnarok online and selling accounts for money I could get a character to 99 in a 2 days with ease. Thats playing 19+ hours a day though. Imposible, no Illogical, yes. In the end your body takes the toll for not getting enough sleep.

I'm used to not sleeping alot I usually get 4-6 hours if I go to bed "early" which is around 2am.

Anyhow, I don't give a damn about botters other than disaproving with it. Botters who rat other botters out are the lowest of the low because they're hypocrites.

He's right that theif activity has gone waaaay down since the level cap was raised. In the weeks just before the patch, it was hard to take two steps on Babel without tripping over a player thief. At least, that's how it seemed during my active time.

i'm personally pretty sick of the word "botter" at this point. but i do like the lower prevalence of high lvl hunters around ;)

You know, I could do this back in DII as you didnt actually see them. On the private LII server I was on I could whisper a GM if they were online and that GM would be there, turn them read and we would kill him several times and strip him downs as far as possible until his weapon dropped, or the GM would delevel him or perma red him, or ban him, or put him in jail. Botters were all over but they got punished harshly when caught....30 day ban is not harsh, they can make 30 days of legit play up in 1-2 weeks botting again and when they are catching 4 people per week at best what is the odds of being caught?


I cant go anywhere and not see a bot. It is difficult to even find enuff mobs to level well due to bots. Most of the now 64+ were 5-10+ levels behind me a month ago, now they all have 3 skill lines maxed up, gold oozing from orifices and can kill me without breaking a sweat and none of them earned it. I busted my azz getting to 60 and what I get for it? I get 100-200+ people who botted above my level and that numbr increases, and I am only counting those that actually play when i play I am sure there are more playing during the day time or late at night when I sleep.

I know soo many high levels on Babel and it would be a struggle for me to name 10-20 peopel that I know didint bot. Some of the people that didint both for a long time have even started botting because Joymax is doing almost nothing to stop it and they cant handle falling behind.

New 60+ guys show up every day.......peopel i saw in 5th degree a week ago are in 7th today........it sucks, and it dirrectly impacts my gaming. It is impossible to ignore, its not like DII where i go make my own game with my own non-botting friends........this game is based around Thief/Trader/Hunter and every botter does these and has the uppper hand or will get it soon.


for instance, last night some friends poped a 5-man scroll on a botter in the Yettis........Yettis are very spread out, big area but (2) other botters died to the same spawn of 5!!! That is how many botters are out there. Hell I can level for 3 hours and KS everyone i see and maybe, just maybe 1-2 people might say something. Hell I jump on every Giant I see someone killing hoping to get bitched at then at least I know I am not the only person actually playing the game in the area.......

theres nothing really wrong with most of them...theyre not exactly "bad"-just things a high level would do naturally

obviously youre a lower level that has experienced the kind of bs from higher lvl (everyone has). well, guess what? most likely you'll be doing the same things to lowbies when youre the top dog. Im not that high myself, and I already find myself transforming into an attitude no noobie likes. human psychology.

Even more pathetic is when you're legit and PVP some noob who gets owned just because they're low level than yourself and accuses you of botting - and they've never seen you botted or heard of you or whatever.

I often see capped full sun botters saying, "Noob botter".

This makes me stop and wonder.. What the hell does that make them?
