with only a shield equipped, can i use the fire wall skill (mag reduce)?

Theres no weapon requirment for fire shield.

not fire shield, the other one.

If you're talking about the Castle Shield Series, yes, you need a Shield equipped for that.

the fire skill called like flame wall tower where you make a wall of fire at your feet and it absorbs magic attacks.

but im gonna assume you can activate it with only a shield equipped.
