Installing Error

I've downloaded the "SRO_GlobalOfficial_v1_110.exe" file, double-clicked it and waited for a pup-up.. waited 10mins.. then 2 hours.. then saw a movie.. then gone to sleep, woke up and no pup-up!! :banghead:

anyone know why is this happening? :cry:
