question about the skill stealth

so as you know rogues can turn invisible
but i was wonderin if the rogue is invidible and you know where he is can you still click on him and attack? or are you vulnerable for 30 seconds unless you have the fire skill that allows you to see invisibility

you will be invulnerable but when they the pots for invisible they can attack you it depend in your stealth level and the potion that they have..
