theres like 2 viruses, and like 120 of these other things, and i dont know what to do??

Delete/Quarantine them?

Reboot=Start of clean with nothing on it just how you first got the computer from the shop.
Only the windows programs that are meant to be on there will be on it.

Or s/he can retain all of the stuff on the computer by taking less dramatic measures such as getting rid of the viruses/stuff.

maybe stop visting porn sites? or .... i am not going to say wat i was about to say but u can always take a huge ass magnet and put it on ur computer that should do the trick
