Ive no GT because ive no credit card. Ive no bot because i dont know how to download one.
Im lvl 52 rogue/bard and bored, its so slow to level ive been stuck in lvl 52 for 3 days......
What level should i start another character?

I made a new character because I got bored of Euro... not enough skill variety. Currently testing which class I like best.
If you enjoy playing your Rogue/Bard, keep doing it, being the same level for 3 days won't kill you.

start a wizard, they have 4 nukes so u wont get sick from lack of variety. tho only 2 are good

Don't, you will regret it after, being same level for a couple of days only proves that you actually got a life, as for being bored it happens TO EVERYONE AT ONE POINT IN THE GAME.
If you quit now you will regret it after trust me.

go swimming..... go out.... chill with your friends attempt to get laid then fail like me 
just be happy.
and if that doesnt work well then TAKING A BREAK FIXES BOREDOM!
AFTER TAKING A BREAK AND COMING BACK U WILL FEEL GOOD!
take a 2 month break get a gf or focus on school just say sro maybe l8er
DONT EVEN COME ON SRF... cause people post vids and that might drag u back in.
just take a break, then after 2 - 3 months come back find a pt and have some fun
JOBBING/CAPE PVP HELPS!

lvl 52 for 3 days and your bored u_u, good luck at 70+ xD
and yes creating a new char might be the solution i did that and im having a ton of fun now

Everytime i get bored I start a new char. I have about one char per server except for Xian and Alexander. Fine till I get to like 20+ then i go back on my main.

Don't make a new one I've made like 15+ chars and once you start making new chars you'll keep getting them to like lvl 20 then decide you want to try a new one. so stick with the one you have
