when u use it does it go for only in the one town or every city
cause i went to jangan with my rogue and i cant even find any euro stuff in network

It's not a global network, it is merely a connection between each stalls in a given city so you don't have to browse manually each one of those stalls.

So when you use SN in Jangan, you get only items from all the stalls in Jangan.
