No.. it's only if youre on the top 50. Get off the rank you lose the buff.

i don't think that is true
its based on honor points...i think
some guy had only 3 graduates and he was silver
i have 3 and i'm bronze...

what makes someone a graduate? what are the criteria?

Level 60+ and leader of an academy, once somebody graduates from level 1-40 or 40-60 they can rate you. The higer they rate you the more points you get.
