when you delvl do you keep skills?

i plan to delvl from 72-66 for various reasons and i would like to know if i would keep my lvl 70 skills if you dont delvl the mastery, and i mean keep them as in be able to use them

Yes, my friend left a server once and went on a murdering spree. Then he deleveled from 30-something to lvl 6 and he still could use nukes...Not sure if it works with regular deleveling.

Yes, you do, ive seen someone delvl from 61 something to 14 and still using his meteor nukes and other nukes

Yeah, i know a hacked account and it was level 78 fully farmed and i logged on a few weeks ago and its not level 21, it looks awesome :twisted:

god delvling is hard it took me 1 hour to get 2 lvls these people delvling your hacked accounts must have no life but i have another question

when im lvl 66 with lvl 71 skills do i have a 5 gap or a 0 gap? or a -5 gap if that is possible...

just a 0 gap

no - and you get extra exp i tested it
but works liek farming cap is -9
after that you get same exp they did it so you can lvl faster from a murder account and also you can use nukes no matter what lvl you hit

i know of an account on athens used to be 56 or so and its at lv10 right now doing book 2 light and ice nukes
