can euros do chinese quests?

i saw a chinese quest thats level 26 repeatable 3 times that gives a 133k exp and 20k sp. and nothing like it in the euro quests. id love to do this. i just turned 26 and 60k sp would likely last me a long long time lol.

nevermind i was thinking of getting 60k sp points lol. found the thread it was in and its only about 50 sp points each time, but still thats pretty good exp anyway.

chinese can do euro quests, so i presume euro can do chinese also

Tried, the npc doesnt recognise it to be a "conversation" topic. Ima try talk to him agian when ive done all the other euro quests, but i dont think we can
