than you create academy you gain 10% less exp its true or false?

no no no ^^ my giuld friends are saying dont create academy if you create it ppls in your academy gain more exp and you less. so its true if I create it so i gain less exp

you heard it wrong you both gain 10% more but they get 10% more exp for a longer period of time dont feel like explaining the whole system
