Installer issue

Ive tried 2 installers now, one from SRA and another i got from the sro official site when it was released.

When i open it i get the Please Wait... box on the screen.

It lags my comp up heaps and dosent do anything.

I uninstalled old sro, and it still wouldnt do anything

help pleease?
