hello this sound newbie but i have never been Eu before so im now lvl 20 but cant find any lvl 20-26 mobs ... i have been in samar and lowest is lvl 31 lol .. and in constanti only lvl 17 and 19. Where can i find lvl 20-26 mobs ?
