can i sign-up for paypal with out a credit card... i dont have credit card and my parents wont allow it until i have graduated and have a stable job...

you must have a bank account or a credit card to activate your paypal account

Through your bank account only works when the banks in your country support that feature, because here in Belgium, it's not supported. There are too many costs on the transfers. But yeah if it's supported, it's possible to do so.
