Zerk is available for all, the devil spirits are not easy to aquire for everyone, it should be classed like silk dmg scrolls IMO.

True, but unlike zerk. Not everyone can get the devil spirit (atleast the one from item mall)

If we wanted a real even match, everyone should use the same gear/wep but then everyone will have the same damage so that's why +ed/blu-ed and SoX is allowed. Prems because you can't turn them off.

Personally I don't think any item mall items should count lol, but since tickets can't be taken off or anything it's not fair, so ya. I guess anything item mall can be used, but damn lol, Joymax has made it so if you don't buy silk your just screwed if you ever wanna pvp and stuff.

Certainly was a big dmg jump for the lvl 9x warrior lol.


Still think debuffs should be just for warlocks though lol ¬.¬.

So a GLAIVE couldn't use imbue or phy increase from fire right ? Cause fire mastery is a different class tbh.

meh i dont think its fair to debuff (if it actually does anything), like someone else said on this page i think...it should be judged based on class rather then build, although i do get the point being made for chinese chars and buffs but rogue+lock =/= rogue+cleric/bard or w/e.

Well, if that's the case. Chinese should be based on class also. Not build. Why do we take 90 Fire, 90 Heuksal, 90 Lightning, 30 Cold. We take the necessary classes/subclasses in order to be strong. No point going 90 Heuksal, 20 Fire, 20 Cold, 20 Lightning, because that would be pathetic and weak. Therefore CHINESE too rely on Build not just one single class.

So Europeans should be allowed to use Warlock Debuffs if that is a part of their build, a part of their class, or their subclass etc. It is only fair, and imo it is more fair than Honor Buffs (Which; if killed in PVP and you re-spawn will no longer be there).

That's my two-bobs worth.

Edit: Shaded is the most legit guild in that union. (If they're still in Surreal union, if I remember correctly from when I was in Shaded). However, just because Shaded chose to play the server, with the bots as opposed to against the bots like Venus etc doesn't necessarily make them bot-supporters, they just have different opinions on what it means to be legit.

i thought euros were allowed to use their subs for the contest. as long as they didn't get someone else to debuff the mob.

Chinese is different though, everyone does get an imbue.

Not all Euros get debuffs, if 1 warrior has debuffs, and the other has cleric skills, of course the debuff one is gona do more dmg. I just figured it would be a lil more fair to give every class a chance, instead of just those with warlock sub >.>.

Ok well my point is this.

When you start off, you have the choice. Would you rather have an increase in defense for a certain amount of time? Or would you rather increase your damage and hopefully kill the other person before they kill you?

Hence, Cleric = Inc. in Def.
Warlock = Decrease in opponent Def.

Like for Chinese, if you decided to have Force over Cold or Lightning, you're sacrificing Parry or Phy Defense in order to increase your damage while that debuff is casted on the opponent.

So in my opinion, of course they're going to hit higher, but that is after all, the reason they picked that Sub-Class over a defensive Sub-Class.
