Well the guy who pvled me got dced 20 minutes before the gm pmed me, i just think its ridiclous since i just bought prem, and gonna loose alot of time on it, wich mean lvls. they are breaking their own policy and im contacting a laywer. great idea or just stupid?

Maybe you didn't read their policy? Their policy is EVERYTHING in this game is their property, you own nothing and they can do whatever they want and they don't have to justify to you. Try reading it sometime.
BTW this isn't just a Joymax thing, this policy is the same FOR ALL MMORPG games.
And you won't be getting any sympathy on these forums for promoting botting.
I'm among those who say good riddance and glad Joymax at least banned one scum from this game. A little too late though unfortunately. They didn't mess up here, they did something in the right direction.

The party at the party match was still on, so you appeared as the owner of the party, and probably the powerleveler wrote something like "Taxi at mobs xx, fast kill, nukah FF, <bot name>". So the GM saw the party, and you as the leader, so he banned you.
I think that's the most probably reason, since GM's can't see the members of the party if they don't join it, and also they don't ban for be in a powerlevel party, they ban for type bot names on the party matching. I'm sorry for your premium time, and for your 10m of gold XD

Ah, there's the real reason, which again points to the "don't join bot powerlevel if you don't want to run the risk of being banned" idea.

most bot plvl parties arent run by the actual bot character its usually their nub. that way they dont have to stop the bot to take gold. so they may well have started doing this for just such reason.
Story of this thread: Random member gets powerleveled by a bot, pays 10 million gold for it. Gets pm'ed by a GM, GM tells him he'll block him if he doesn't leave because he's promoting illegal programs. Player logs off. Player gets ban. Player decides to use his SRF account that he created 2 weeks ago and Q.Q there. Player posts 14 times (!) throughout the thread, getting all his posts. This is

You can't PM back the new GM's with the original client, they have an space between the [GM] label and the name, and the client don't supports spaces on the PM's.

He insulted something that is a fact (or you admitted, even though it doesn't prove it's real,(especially the GMs PM part)) but anyways, while he has a point, you are bluntly throwing away insults that don't even confirm. How do you know if the guy is a virgin or not? You presumed it from a single post on a forum?
