A Quest where you have to get 3k+ Arrange Points as a thief. And when you finish the quest, make it back to THIEF town whiles still wanted. Meaning you're gonna have to Bandit Scroll hehe. The reward would be the 1mil thief suit in your gender, and some sp. like... 500+ sp... lolz.
I think it would be ownage lolz.
To easy lol, why? Because you just need to fight(kill) 20 ppl to get 3k arrange points and you can use a bandit return scroll in town
Make it so NPC Hunters attack you at all times, and maybe so you'd have to bring back a 5star to thief town with you...
What I would rather see is a quest where you have to succesfully "raid" a town, a town not unlike Thief Town, except filled with NPC's, and all the building and everything are accesible to gain entry to. You have to sneak in and steal some heavily guarded jewel, and return it to the quest giver. So they could actually implement the "Hunter Guild" and make a thief guild, so then you could choose which faction to side with and doing quests for either one raises your level in that guild. I would obviously go with thief, so anyway getting back to my idea... Let's say you choose a quest for the theif guild, you'd have to sneak into the hunter village unnoticed, and as a side note youd HAVE to wear your thief suit during this quest, so im guessing night-time would be the best time to start. When the hunter village npc's are safe and cozy felling, and going to sleep. Sneak in and steal the Hunter King's sacred jewel and return it to the Thief Leader....
Yea that would take alot of work to implement...and...Really wouldn't even make it nto this game..but it's an idea...
And for merchants, the quest would be along the lines of "Deliver these 3,000 bags of Nephrite to Donwhang." So like, yea. You'd be doing a trade run, probably a 5star idk how much 3k nephrite is, or if a camel can even hold 3k nphrite? I don't really check when im thieving/trading lol... Well anyway it would be like that, and that would raise your merchant level... And you'd make tons of gold under the Merchant Faction. and get support from the hunter guild....
So yeah anyway, lets say on the thief quest you are spotted, well then... You're going to be chased by tons of NPC Hunters haha. You could probably take out the first wave or so, but then higher lvl npc hunters would start to attack, If this were a solo mission, let's say its a guild mission. When creating a guild you have the option to choose what faction it is a part of, this way all "Thief Faction Guilds" would kind of be in a union... In a way... And lets say you're whole GUILD is there to take on this npc hunter village. Well if youre guild is organized and strong enough you might make it out alive, because what I imagine is an incredibly hard and intense battle. And maybe player hunters feel like joining in, then maybe more player thiefs wish to join you who knows... Imagine Multi-tiered battles whiles trying to siege a town, Archers standing on top raining arrows down upon their foes, Nukers raining meteors from three story castles, Pure str glaviers in the middle, at ground zero of it all, doing ghost spears and taking out tons of lower lvl hunters, imagine all this happening alls while you and your guild are just trying to complete a QUEST! hahaha. It would be like a notice, everytime a guild takes this quest, it would say "[such and such guild] has accepted [such and such quest]" and everyone who wanted to join in would run to the hunter and/or thief village depending on what faction the guild that accepted was. So a HUNTER guild would obviously be raiding thief town, so everyone would head to thief town, There would also be icons, not unlike guild emblems, to signify which faction said guild is part of hehe.
Wow im sorry im really coming up with alot of things not really in anyway part of this game...

Just wanted to share something I had in my lil mind...
to make it so this quest isn't taken like every other minute, make it so the guild has to be lvl 5 and has a certain amount of a certian lvl players. Or has a certain amount of hours logged total, meaning, every hour ONE guildmember is logged on that hour goes to the total amount of guild hours needed to take this quest, and make it some obscene amount of hours, and i dont see why a guild of botters would take guild quests anyway so yeah, but make it a really large amount because alot of people overnight stall whish is unfair hehe. Or maybe, if you havent taken dmg for like 30minutes + your "timer" stops hehe. maybe. idk... And so this way the quest wouldn't happen quite so much, and make it a one time thing only. once you're guild does it that's it. So if you want to make it memorable, throw a few globals out proclaiming that everyone interested should get to a certain npc town because your guild is about to raid it hehe. I would really like to see the guild quests/job system taken to THIS level of interactivity and enjoyment. I do realize this would require a grotesque amount of work oin the SRO Programmers part, and i also realize this idea is totally..like...(how to put this)...Out of proportion? I don't see this making it in-game anytime soon, and i am sorry for the amount of text ive forced some of you to read, and i haven't had the chance to organize my thoughts really yet but oh well. I just wanted to get all this out here before I, and hopefully many of you, finetune it. I MYSELF, think it's a GRAND idea, but im sure many of you, and I mean many, will disagree and probably flame me for my ideas. But im trying to be imaginative and creative here, so appreciation and positive comments would be nice...
