BR 19 should be 90% increse of blocking.. but why only 71% o_0

I think thats because its a sos. A sos increases its blocking rate or crit (depending on what it is) by 1.

A som increases by 2 points a sosun by 3 (correct me if im wrong)

Its depends on the weapon's degree,7th degree BR can higher than 8th degree's BR,same with crit,as i know 8th degree shield's BR is 20(100%),detail from a sword nuker lvl70 whose having a shield lvl64 BR20 before,but dropped when she adding str

the shield wasnt my drop

n i havent got any sos since i start training in cave!~~ months now~~~ n seeing other ppl getting sos makes my heart ache<p/s especially when i see ctrlaltdel(botter) stalling a sos bow today!!!)
