There is not a simple "no" reply to such a statement that would most likely unbalance the game.
You can always get memory of red hair scrolls from a certain quest...

bad idea.
the item mall already makes the game 2 unbalanced as it is. ppl who cant afford silk already have a huge disadvantage when compared 2 ppl who do buy silk
