only noobs who don't know that
sos have higher states than normal
som have higher state than sos
sosun have higher states than all others

Yo, I can confirm, I saw that dude's global selling a BR 22 Shield, I went to check it out. Also, he's a maniac when it comes to SoX, through his whole lvling he has been wearing SoM/Sun clothes, weapons, and shit, constantly looking for perfect items  So Im not surprised at all

For those who said 23 is max for br..
I know it cant be, since a reg shield is 20, minimum is 10, but sos minimum is 14.. so yeah, im pretty sure it goes up by 2 every seal up...
And im pretty sure every number is even in sro.. not sure but pretty sure like
Normal glaives max crit is 14, spear is 16, sword, isnt that 14? mabey 15 dunno but w/e its a conspiracy theory

24 Is highest in SUN. My friend in kSRO has a 76+7 sosun shield br 24. I think i got a ss somewhere.
