The idea sounds ok, but theres one fatal flaw....

The GMs of ISRO have absolutely no..and i mean NO power.

Any idea that any of us come up with that involves the GMs will not work

unless the "big boys" in korea let morningdew and the others handle ISRO as

Managers and not just as messengers back and forth between we players

and the management in Korea.


Really and truly everyone should stop complaining about the GMs not doin

their job...but they are....its just that people think the GMs can do more

when they really cant.

Eh false. Not the way this works. It would make afk botting diminishing returns. By harnessing any char for a length of time with the scroll it would basically get it permanently banned. It might work at first and the botter could get lvl 20 in an hour. But by then the char used would be marked for 100 year banns. So if they DC the botter has to bring up a new acct and new char from lvl 1 again. Eventually he would need a whole server full of nub bots to lvl a medium lvl char with any speed this way. And eventually they would overflow jangan and run out of mobs in radius to kill. This is really a simple and elegant way to put a huge dent in the problem. It rewards those who help to punish botters as well as really punishing the botters. And best of all no GMs are needed. Power to the players!
