I try to avoid random parties. I'll either join a guild/union party, or run to training area and let a bot invite me. You know that unless a GM comes around, you won't have to deal with someone quitting.

Whenever I join 3/4 parties, I grind afterwards..
I join a different party or make one whenever I get kicked.
I make a party whenever a friend needs one then type the party # in union
