I don't know what time this in Europe right now, but I will give you the time from my current post. Between 13 to 15 hours from now.....

All servers are crowded at that time except the one that is always easy. You're bound to see a job war sometime around that time. They usually last about 2 or 3 hours.

The nukers I saw didn't seem to have knockdown like the nukers do this cap, Also they had lightning imbue, I guess they deleveld fire to get ice? someone help me so i can make my build for 90 cap ^.^

those nukers mostly were pure ints (notice the real high dmg coming from +3 but not +5 weapons)

Hybrid build was made for tanking a bit more. Pure ints can hit hard and tank now, so is hybrid build .....?
