I wont put the convo cause i dont want to embarass the guy but i had a half hr convo trying to explain how to look at the screen shots u take in game which started with having to explain what a C:drive is and how you find it on your computer :banghead:

I was once helping a friend of ours get a patch for AoE. Gave him the link and all and told him where to put the file.

waited and waited...

Finally I asked him if he got it in the right file. He says yes, but it wont work. After an hour of trying EVERYTHING I could think of he finally says, "Was I supposed to unzip it?"
