even without garms its possible to catch the rouge unless they use lvl 80 speed skill = 90% and the chaser doesnt use phantom / doesnt have garm
LOL rogue will not get pwned, rogue has the dagger skill for further speed boost. WHne you and the chinese are pretty close, just find the right timing, chinese phantom to you but u should goto the opposite direction with this skill, he ll lose you in sight. After a while just use stealth and find a safe spot. As easy as ABC...
