maybe they do try.. maybe they don't.. I know it would be a whole lot better if they would explain why they make certain changes or tell us what it is that they are doing.
Customer service is nothing.. if you are a paying customer (like me) you really feel f.ucked over like 90% of the time. Cause you rarely get the worth for your money. But the thing is you can play this free.. so when you have a month of being broke.. wich party'ing can cause

you just have a month of less silk, wich is my main reason of not going to WoW.
I do understand this euro lag though.. i didn't expect any diffrent, but some simple things like a fast complain line.. maybe just for silk buying customers or something. If they would really care they would find a way to improve the service. But customer service is at the bothem of the list. And sadly money is first...ofcourse without money you can't do anything.. and customer service cost money. but still they sure do a real good job in making it look like they don't care.. and they send out no other message to convince me of something else.
so the big conclusion to this all.. i'm not in it.. i suport JM by buying silk.. but hell no that i'm going in the I <3 JM club. although i do give them a little love for the euro update.. that is one nice update.. gotta give them props for that

.. now just make it stable.
