I think Xbow is better in PvE, But dagger is much better than xbow in PvP

Dagger is faster, hits harder, and allows you to run faster.

Crossbow's only advantage over daggers is it's range and KD abilities, but Dagger also has stun.

Get both, rogues with only 1 weapon of the 2 are gimped and therefore suck.

my lvl 48 rogue is just starting to get dagger skills, and i think you should lvl up both 2 just for the fun of it.
