@rumpleKillskin - I don't see myself making it worse. I'm just saying what I want with no remorse or reserve like everyone else. Type first, think later.

BAN = New Account (just ask spiritpower) Flame = Acceptable (duh) there is a magic thing called ip ban Proxy. So you make a new account on proxy, they ban that account. It's harder to make so many accounts than it is to ban them. zelzin wrote: @rumpleKillskin - I don't see myself making it worse. Making a post where you knew where you get flamed =/= making it worse?

Actually, I wouldn't even have to use a proxy. Re-setting my DSL modem grants me a new IP address. That takes all of like 20 seconds.

Woohoo, new IP. Still gotta make that account, probably including a new email address.

LOL. I probably wouldn't actually do it. Just saying an IP ban is laughable.
...and Luoma, it is actually that easy.
@siriusdude - Oh noes! Not an e-mail address! Where ever shall I find one?

is OP complaining about sig sizes....jeez every forum has its problems if were were as bad as SRO though all those spam bot threads you see disappearing would be left up for all to see....the mods can't be everwhere at once and they don't have powers of an admin so them and us a break....if our sigs get to big SG pms us and asks us to remove them...
this is just petty complaining, if ppl have so much to b1tch about i don't understand why the just don't leave....

it would be fun to ip block you and then you restart your modem and see if
you can logg on again, just to prove your point

No, it's true. The forum has gone down hill with little to no moderation (apart from spam bots)
Being a lurker and not a poster myself I've seen a few changes. Stallowned and SuicideGrl made this place a great forum once upon a time, but I guess with the influx of (dare I say children and not be called old).
Now I'm not saying the mods arn't doing a good job, but the general users need to obey the rules a bit more.
Now I can tell this post will be quoted, disassembled and generally flamed (or just plain ignored) and thats fine with me, I'll go on lurking in the shadows and keeping my opinions to myself, but at least i have said whats on my mind for now.

well yea the forum could use a few more mods and one or two more
admins that are more active. but its not like srf is doing really bad =/
@zelzin, if i was admin i would ip ban you and see if you came back, but i
dont think SG or Ryoko would do it...

Well maybe my experience with previous forums is just bad, but i think for the number of users this forum has and given the probable average age it isn't doing bad at all.
I haven't been disturbed by signatures as much as the fact that half of the posts on here are taken op by quotes of quotes of quotes etc.
I really can't think of anything else atm.

Yeah I think there needs to be a bit more moderators on this website so things (like with FluxFire) don't happen again.

hey why don't you complain some more?
the mods do a fine job...if you have an issue like a sig that a mod has overlooked you can private message them...nobody gives a shit about your little pissant issues with this forum.
also what exactly happened with flux?...

I'm a whiskey man myself.
@rumpleKillskin - Nothing is going to change anyway, and venting feels good.
@shoto - Your flaming is acceptable but mine isn't?

you silly little man...when did i flame you (except for maybe just now)
i just said no one cared...i may have been a little forceful about it...i just didn't like your condescending tone from your earlier posts...i think what i wrote is deserved.
