It doesn't matter if JM doesn't read the letters. Someone still has to go through the trouble of deleting the complaints or however they plan to handle the situation. For that, doing this is worth something.

IF YOU WANT THIS GAME 2 GET BETTER YOU GOTTA ACTUALLY TAKE ACTION.
a bunch of people on this forum spamming the same letter will get thier attention.

first of all, you guys wonder why JM doesnt like isro, its because of this.
"hey johnny, lets go spam jm over and over and maybe they will lsiten, then we can go beat ourselves to death because thats all we're good for"
spamming wont do anything, but degrade yourselves further. If i was a GM of isro, id say fck you all because your 100% assholes all the time since sro came out. Go figure they dont do anything, you guys give them no reason to.

we are always complaining about bots, but doesn't have JM the right to complain about us?

The problem in this game are not the bots.
The problem is a reason why there are so many bots.
This game doesn't offer much more than grinding. Sure, there's a bunch of ppl in the game to talk with and join in a guild, but then again, I can talk to ppl on forums, on chat, and, of course, in real life...
And that's it - the game is frikkin repetetive, dull and eventless. Why the hell should aynone bothering spending months of their life clicking on thousands of monsters with misspeled names just to get one level higher and then do the same thing on 50% more monsters....?
The problem aren't bots

ehh they wont ever listen, go play rappelz, they have almost no bot but they have global spammers who spam about selling in-game currency. and u get ur nukes at lv15 not 30 >.>
