theres no way ROC is the lv 100 unique with that much hp over the 90 unque....thats just retarted...

i have heard that ROC is most likeley i higher lvl mob...but imo hes just too strong for lvl 100

Isn't ROC an event monster? kSRO had it on an event afaik.

Btw, I'm currently making a tool to read all this data, I might publish it with the source and also name 'decoding'. =)

tho i dont really understand the increased HP uniques. In kSRO event i know we had uniques that had more than normal unique hp but didnt give spawns. Maybe they were one of them.

wow, I guess, PvE-wise, there's no point in upgrading attack and parry ratio's, as they'll always be higher than the mobs you fight.
