it is ,it just depend on the lvl of the mob,lv 64 mob can drop sun 64,some ppl said long time ago that u can drop sosun 8 deg only at hunters,mage,generals and other mobs 76++it's not true since my friend drop it in cave at lv 64-65 mobs xD
it depend on the "degree" of the mob
