Lord Yarkan stopped spawning after 5 times. All other uniques still spawning.

hmmm on one of the other topics below [GM]Kinopio said he was off to another server so maybe he is in your server and making them spawn.

I doubt they are making them spawn, more like stopping it from happening. This has happened a lot before.
