Say if they were lvl 100...
glaive(lvl100*equipted weapon)/bow(lvl100*passive only)/fire(lvl100*all) 32%  32%  [ 6 ]
gliave(lvl100*equipted weapon)/fire(lvl100*all)/lightning(lvl100*all buffs) 68%  68%  [ 13 ]

Hawk Training Series + Mind Concentration Series VS Piercing Force Series + Wind Walk Series + Concentration Series + Heaven's Force Series

I'd go with lightning since it would provide me more buffs.
