Call him outside the town, pk him with that same spear, global what happend and make the whole server laught at him, global sell that spear to someone and rub the money on hes face. Tell your whole union to laught at him in private chat, start pking hes guild members and insulting him, that should do the trick.

I personally wouldnt let him get away that easy buts its up to you..

it was all good untill you like pk his guild mates, not like they had anything to do with it, leave the innocent or at the very least leave uninvolved uninvolved thats just making more victims for no reason, plus it will make him murderer.

i would keep it and give it either to a lower lvl friend or a lower lvl guild mate, trust me they will be so happy :)
once my friend(hes a noob) got his sos glavie(which i gave him) scammed by one of those gay unbelievable scams, i called him a dumbass but told him to show me the guy, so he showed me and i talked to the guy and im like i heard you have alot of sos stuff can i see? he shows me and he did indeed have alot including the glavie he scammed off my friend, so im like come follow me il show you how much damage my sosun can do(even though i didnt have one) so he followed me outside of town, i murdered him and he dropped a sos weapon, not my friends but it was a degree higher and a bow :D so i gave it to him and told him if he ever does something stupid like that, hell be the one to get murdered and be weaponless:P he learned his lesson but im pretty sure the scammer did not but oh well what can you do

Give it to a guildy, get an npc one, rondo the npc one and give the scammer those elements.

2 wrongs dont make a right, but 1 wrong, a charitable act, a lesson in morality, a banana do.

Keep the spear. screw that moral grounds bs.

He tried to steal you're equipment,so don't feel sorry.

Enjoy the spear and when you get sick of it,sell it for a couple million.

Give the sos back. He continues.

Either way he won't learn a lesson.

If you put the case and measure the scam rate and justice rate it would be 10% scam 90% god damn good justice.
it's like cutting the hands of a thief cause he used them to steal. u use the tool of crime for punishment.
it may be rough, but i think the lesson is well learned here.
and it's no way close to what is not allowed on this forum in my opinion.

I shouldve clarified what I was referring to, but before that I should point this out first:

Akamaru wrote:
I said k thx bye and scammed the scammer.

Akamaru wrote:
Don't get any bad thoughts about me, i'm not a scammer and i will most likely give it back

See the conflict? Your intentions might be noble, to teach the person a lesson if you must, but your actions werent (and you know that too). Taking something from him/her wont necessarily make him/her stop, giving it back may not change the person either. If they were desperate or willing to do anything to gain an advantage in the game, they'll be willing to say anything to get their items back (express remorse). Its more important for you to know if you're comfortable with your actions and not stoop low to their level.

give it back. Either way he is going to try scamming again. Because you scammed him, he probally scammed someone else of their spear making a chain reaction.
Just do the right thing, besides you practily stole that and stealings a sin.

Are you sure you wouldn't do the same? =(
Even if you were 110% sure he wanted to steal your sun+7 sword you saved gold for a year to be able to afford. And even if you knew he was a heartless scammer who would just fade away after he scammed you, no feelings at all? At least now he knows how other people feels when he scams them.

I will give it back when he log on

Let's put it this way then:

You outsmarted the scammer at his own pathetic game, now he wants the spear back and now he feels regret. If you give it back he will feel even more glorious because from his childish point of view he still won. perhaps in the future he will scam even more people out of their hard earned weapons and equipment..

For the sake of the future victims of this scammer, keep this spear and parade with it proudly.
It might be a hard lesson for him,but people like that need those lessons the most..

True, but 3 lefts make a right, and by that, 3 wrongs make a right.

So do this instead. NPC it, give him the money you got for selling it to the NPC, and tell him he should learn his lesson from that.

PS Thought they fixed that bug...
