Clerics imo should be used as just a sub, not a main. But then again its just me.

but could u handle them w/o vigors? and how about full strs clerics? can u handle their overhealings?

of course i could hun  , i actually use vigors when a blader knocks me down and my healing cycle is over, or about to finish; same thing when a glavier stuns and my healing skill is finished. Then i just cast healing cycle again and put my trust to it for 16 more seconds :P

I'm pretty sure Amelie has proven that being just a cleric without it being a sub isn't a bad thing. People who say "Clerics shouldn't fight" well Its wrong in pvp situations, when grinding they shouldn't attack imo. But pvp is a whole nother story

The way she was fighting might be nice for outside of dw. But it's not practical in a job war. :O

You guys don't seem to realize just how much defense a cleric has.... If the passives worked like they should, they would have even more defense.

In a good party, a cleric won't be getting ganked by 8 people in the first place, and even if you go hybrid, a little extra hp (2-3k most) won't save you from getting killed if you are ganked anyway.

Clerics don't do well in PvP...my ass. Clerics and wizards are the center of every party, everyone else is just there to protect them. You would be surprised how often clerics are able to pull off an offering and get a kill...(With warrior buffs, a level 80 cleric can tank like 4 people no prob, so if you are dumb enough to keep attacking for minutes while everyone else gangs you, you shouldn't be playing.

All that from just being a cleric, with the warrior sub, you won't even get ganked, and with a wiz sub as well, you would be teleporting around like mad.

Lol I watched that vid earlier and I was gonna ask if those people she was fighting were lvl 80 too?

yeah all 80.

this is the blader btw.

The glaiver is 80, the kuwait's pure int is 80, the archer is 80 aswell, and that thief i fought, i guess he's 80 because of the damage he/she did on me.

whoever says clerics suck, they definitely havent learned how to play it.

edit: the stage 6 version, just in case you want it on high quality.

I'm off for the night.

Cheers.
hey, is your shield trash at lvl 1? and, what is the shortcut for the upper bar where you have the shield trash?

thnx.

anyone feel free to answer this :)

First of all i must say u have very good skill at ur cleric. I never see a cleric PVP like u

I also do win some PvP with bind and my teleport but is not as effective as shield trash. But also like i say any stun or high critical will kill u in PVP. And i also not sure why none of those chinese use fire wall, it can block offering.

I have no doubt full int cleric can survive job or war if they have a good party with other cleric and warrior buff. In a team is very to hard to kill a cleric and they will always be another cleric to res each other if one die. But i would still like to see ur video. Pls make one :D

Btw hybrid cleric can tank 2 full farm lvl80 +7 glavie without running just stand there and heal himself. If i have time i will build another hybrid cleric ID that can tank a lot damage

PS: Sylhana, i would suggest u drop ur bard to lvl40 and learn lvl30 wizard so u can use the teleport (does not need weapon switch and is good for escape), invisible, earth barrier. At war or job use typhoon drug.

A Cleric with Warlock submastery doesn't sound bad at all either. Think about the defense, then you can use bind so they can't really do anything, switch to warlock use stun, switch back and use offering for the win, literally.

Ah well I've started upping wizard. I need a good attacking sub.

But I looked at that vid again. 4:27 is funny. That bower just walked up to watch the fight and you blew him up. =(
