Yep, but the item database seems do be updated, cause there is a 1 sun+7 shield that was made +7 about two weeks ago

you never know it could have droped at like +8 (yes it is possible) then straight to +13 :roll:

I heard he made it +9 and globalled saying it's the first +9 72 sword on the server. Then he wanted to quit and kept adding weapon elixirs to it for fun, because he wanted to quit anyways, and ta da, +13. And he didn't quit lol.

The sun reinforces still own a 72 weapon, as reinforces do not change with +1 or +13...
