Look, I hate to tell you ppl this, but a euro pt of 5X can take out lvl 80 chinese chars with decent gears.

lvl 80 Euros can take out EVERYONE. Suns dont matter much.

errrr. I think you got the facts abit wrong there, its more like the other way around on xian. We could barely even get to the gate, after 30min we said fúck it - regrouped and ran around as a big group killing everything in our way. :) I ended up leaving before it ended, no fun when you're getting killed as soon as you spawn. They pretty much chased us out from the zone.

Other then that, I absolutely agree, less talking - more planning! We'll probably try this out once we have the numbers again.

None of this is needed. First of all, just attack the south gate because it doesn't have the "obstacle" bug that the east and west gate have. Secondly, use lots of flags because anyone standing at or near a flag cannot be selected - if anyone tries to select someone near a flag, they always get the flag. So as long as the flags are right up against the door, none of those above can kill anyone down below. For good measure, put a bunch of flags 10m from the gate so that all the nukers and clerics are unkillable too.

Logical IMO. However how will that work when you actually got a union owning the fortress who arent completely dumbasses aswell and know every tactic there is to defend the fortress and got around 60/70% of all the union members actually on the ground and not on the walls variating attacks and even attacking command posts?

There was , once upon a time, a wizard wich gear was +5 full blues, barely any int or str missing, and that wizard could 1 hit a blader with sun set, sun shield and blade kkay?

Imagine two wizards, with all the warriors buffs/fences...

Xian's most famous bot, lilazianboyz, was killed in one shot by a Euro wizard while wearing full sun. DJ knows it, he was around when it happened.

Its a fact that Euros are very strong and in a pt, they are even stronger. Im a Euro and even I have to say that in a group, they are viciously overpowered. Most ppl just havent figured out how to play them cause you pretty much have to hand grind with the same ppl a lot to be really good at it. Bots outnumber legits so badly that ppl are clueless about the power a euro can wield. We used that to take over Venus. Vengeance will use that to take over Hera hopefully. Botters will never get it and legits need to just try it.

BTW: a chinese char with euro buffs isnt as strong as a euro with euro buffs. Trust me.

LVL 80 chinese getting rocked by lvl 4x euros? Somehow i bet thats an exaggeration. My union has a relatively low number of euros and the 18 attacking guilds had many lvl 80 euros. today we taught the euros what happens when you dont let them party up and fight togeather. It was complete domination. 2 weeks ago we sat in fort and fought from the walls. We almost lost. Trick to beating euros is not to let them party up and get organized.

LOL Is there some way to deny me entry to the pt match system that I do not know about? Is there some way for you to give me amnesia and make me forget how to work my class? Your Euros arent that good on your server, cause my pt has been fighting Generals since lvl 68. We know how to stay organized and to be quiet in Vent and let Fly move us around to where we need to be. Your strat only works for the weak.

What would be neat is an actual formation of people that gives a specific bonus like spearmen in a line get a phalanx bonus (attack + defense) or Shieltrom (High Defense Bonus) Testudo with Shield players (Extremely high defense bonus) Flaming arrows for a group of archers (Attack) and something like Magical Orb for Wizards which has a high absorb rate.

You do not play in babel, and you never have, so don't say people here dont know how to play. I gaurantee there's people on our server that know exactly what they are doing with their euros. I've been to babel, at south gate all i see if sunned players 1vs1ing with a cleric buffing. Nothing special, just like every other server...

Well, Avalon union is a great big collection of level 2X-6X euros with a handful of 7X and ONE lvl 80 (yeah buddy, just one). We have managed to whup an entire server of lvl 80 Chinese botters. I dont care how you explain it or make excuses for the euros on your server, but on mine, they can rock any Chinese chars socks off.

Just logged onto Babel, at south gate there were 3 wizards trying to solo against a glavier...... and one wizard rez killing a 5x blader. Maybe im missing something? :?

There were big parties of organized Euros the first day of the fortress war. They fought the suns and lost. Just because something is true on one server doesn't mean its true for all servers.

2am and I cant get into Babel after 4 tries. wtf??

But anyways...I know what nightbloom is talking about. Euros are overpowered in a party. I've seen it happen too...where a euro party crushed chinese of the same lvl. You just have to take advantage of ALL your class buffs and people have to know EXACTLY what to do. And people need to forget about this subclassing crap. I've seen a warrior in the middle of a fight switch to cleric to try to bless....But he must have forgotten the warrior buffs go off when you switch? All the ints ended up dying because this dude was confused as to his role. Little things like that can fk up a party.

The key to the party is the cleric and warrior. Healing division/Healing cycle/all those group heals keep everyone alive easily. And the warrior buffs can make people 2x as tanky. How can you kill people that are taking 50% less damage and regening back what little you do instantly? Look at amilees vid of her cleric. She had no warrior buffs and was tanking sun weapons.

This isn't overpowered? Noone in my party was over 60. With just two warriors, stats like this could be maintained on the cleric forever.

European absolute damage skills will 1 shot any wizard in life turn over. Buff, or no buffs.

Whether you want to believe it or not, fighting against an enemy where half of them have SoSun DOES make a difference. As many others have said also, the server you are on DOES make a difference, or else why couldn't you beat the bots on Xian? You went to a new server which has less competition imo.

The arrogance of Avalon is beyond me. Really guys, i think it's time you calm down to the fact that you won the fortress.

...you think...... maybe the reason why its so easy for Avalon to brag about their Euro domination is because they ran away from any real Euro competition. Its nice to think avalons doing stuff because they have excellent team work and thats it but its more like they have no competition....a group of very experienced players taking advantage of a server full of noobs without any real defense against European power who do you think would win.....

competition? in the older servers like venice, with enough bots to invade poland, the "experienced" botters ran every which way at the gates, dying left and right. guess what competition means? it means sosun. w/o suns, euros rape chinese.

big reason why avalon keeps winning is cuz there aren't enough suns, maybe not even one, that chinese botters have.
