Warlock doesn't have nukes, they have status effects and debuffs and drains but no nukes.

then how in the world am i suppose to lvl. i am sure i wont always find a party-.-.
and wat sub should i take for warlock, wizard (for lvling), bard (moving march+noise) or cleric (bunch of healing skills and 2 nukes.)

you're joking right, Odin has the LEAST traffic, i can log in easy right after school. (has a lvl 22 1:2 int bow on Odin, PK character)



Warlocks can solo quite well, they have a few "nukes" but not many, you will mostly debuff.

im not kidding, i cant log into odin at 11 pm last night. and after i come home from school, it takes me 1.5 hours.

Warlocks solo easily. You'll have a ton of fun with the manipulative playing style they have. But unlike what you thought, Warlocks don't run from mobs. Killing a standard monster means using 2 quick DoT skills and a simple nuke after that. The DoT skills don't do very much damage in a short time so kiting from monsters may not be very efficient (if you want to, take Bard for Moving March so you can run faster). Stun/Sleep add to the crazy arsenal of debuffs that you can use to win in PvP easily. Note that two of their best skills come after 40, however. If you start on a server like Venus or Hera there will always be a nubby party to accept you. In parties, Warlocks only have to debuff and DoT, and cast Scream Mask on people. I would not suggest taking a Cleric sub unless you want to farm, but it is the best for Warlock. In fact, 2 gapping with only the Warlock mastery means that you never have to farm. This holds true for all European classes, as long as you don't attempt to take more than 1 mastery. Get level 1 Shield Trash for insane survivability. I hope that was a good summary.

Since you easily get bored, I wouldn't suggest creating a pure STR Blade+Shield character. I would recommend pure STR Glaive, Hybrid (2:1, 5:3, 3:2) Spear/Sword+Shield because they have a wide variety of attacks and skills and they're not as tough to level in comparison with Blades.

Lv 20 is nothing on a server like Odin, back when i was playing there i reached lv 20 in 4 days on a Warrior, and i played an average of 1.5 hours per day and did not use any tickets.

But yeah the best for you would be to find a character that suits you and play it, i used to be just like you before i made my first ever nuker

And if you really are bored and on the verge of making a new character again, take a few days of break, play an another game or go outside a bit, you'll never get anywhere by creating 2000 different characters.

Advancechao and Nitro thnx for the help on my warlock . one thing is though, it will take quit a long time to kill mobs by putting curses on them :\.

On the contrary, you never need to debuff a normal monster. Save them for Champion monsters and Party monsters. At most, it should take you five seconds to kill a normal mob. If your skills are up to date, 2 DoT skills should bring the monster to half health in the time it takes to charge the nuke, and then the nuke should finish it off in one hit. I also forgot to mention that warlocks gain berserk insanely fast. If you solo efficiently you can use zerk every few minutes. I remember almost spending half my time in berserk. While zerking you should cast 2 DoT skills and run. Because their attack is doubled it should only take each DoT three hits to to kill a monster, and then you should move on to another one.

For warlocks, They don't need nukes. Just use DoT's on your monsters, and run around and keep doing it on every monster you see.

well thats wat i thought warlocks did, but Advancechao said i was wrong. and cause he has a 6x warlock, i guess that is exoerianced enuf to know .

Make a Rogue/warlock U will lvl fast with crossbow because of 1 hit kills and own in pvp cuz of warlock mwhaha.

Eh, so at 6x he does DoT's, one nuke and the monster is gone.
If it is a giant/pt giant/pt, you debuff, DoT, and nuke...

Kiting is definitely an option but you need to be able to run fast. It is especially effective when you have zerk because you run fast AND you do double damage. Otherwise it's nice to kill monsters one by one and avoid aggro.
