I've seen long ass fights between bladers and clerics, the slow kill units fighting each other can take for ever and some times even be impossible to end with out one lagging, cleric vs cleric both with extra hp from gear, meaan no over heal kill, trail cross not enough attacks not fast enough, offering will get cancelled, those fights can last over 10 mins (been there done that, i won out by a sneaky switch to harp and boom chord, because how fast it hit it over came the healing after over heal to trial cross then switch to hard booming)
But think about how some of these attacks really are they'd mess you up if they were real. Slower kill units in heavy armor and blade or 1 hander could in reality be a long fight if both men were skilled. But I dont' care how skilled you are getting shot with a bolt thru the head would be fatal, the skill for these kind of fights don't come in the order of skills you use its position and timing.
