The fact that its free to play IS the reason that there is no support. Not because theyre broke and cant afford it, but because the game is YOUR choice to play. Call them In korea, you eventually get an english speaking person. Start asking questions about the game and why things are the way they are. They will ask you if you enjoy playing the game. If you say yes then they’ll tell you to continure to enjoy silkroad, if no, then why are you calling them complaining, you don’t even like the game?? It’s a free game and you can choose not to play it if you dislike it. Unfortunately this is the attitude that they have towards theyre game. Its free, if you like it play, if you want silk buy it, if you are displeased, leave or get over it. Its always gonna be that way. WoW is a customer based game that people HAVE TO PAY TO PLAY, therefore they are obliged to give service. You must pay, they must provide services. With SRO you don’t have to pay, nor do you even have to play for that matter, whats it to them?

all f2p games suck customer service wise. Simply not enough funds to keep the lines going all the time. If joymax is a public company, go check their profits. And if they are not, then how the **** would you know? Quote: Simply put, p2p > f2p. And in all honestly, they ussually turn out cheaper to play. You just rebutted your own argument. Thank you.

Blizzard has been in the gaming run for a long time, they know what it takes. Not only that but they have MANY other games and a good money pile to start out with. Joymax is relativly new in the 'customer service' field. Deacon pretty much said it, Blizzard > JM, we know that, everyone knows that, no one wants to hear about it again and again and again. There is Silkroadonline.net for these kinds of posts

We understand where you're coming from, but the fact is customer service has been a long standing issue in this game and what has Joymax done in regards to this? Well not much. So then i'll ask this question: If you were a businessman would you release a dedicated Customer service team capable of speaking and comprehending many different languages, for a game that you know is heavily bugged and plagued with bot problems? I guess the answer would depend on your intention. I have been an administrator on a online text based RPG. There was a pretty big user base and a small team. The game was very bugged when it started. Though I did all that was need to help out users with questions/problems/bug reports/cheating reports etc. That is what I would do if I was in the jm team or even when I was the game owner.
